Pattoki is a city and a tehsil of Kasur district in Punjab Province of Pakistan. It is located on National Highway M-5 and is at a distance of about 70 km from Lahore. It is quite far from the district headquarter Kasur with a distance of about 72 km in west. There are 36 union councils in Pattoki Tehsil.

It has a railway station which is an important source of transportation between this city and other destinations and it is a blessing for the people of this city. There is a traditional cattle market in it which is in an open space near general bus stand. Its surrounding main towns and cities are Chunian, Habibabad, Allahbad and Phool Nagar. Changa Manga forest is located about 15 Km east of this city.

Pattoki weather usually remain extreme. Summer season lasts longer than winter season. In summer the temperature increases greatly i.e around 40 to 45 degree Celsius and in winter the temperature drops to around 10 to 15 degree Celsius.

There is a 60 bed Tehsil Headquarter hospital (THQ) in this city. Also there are rural health centers in three of its main towns i.e Phool Nagar, Halla and Habibabad. Apart from THQ and RHC, there are many basic health units and private hospitals in this Tehsil.
