I made my son’s birth certificate from lahore and my brother in law made another birth certificate from gujranwala with the wrong DOB (without my permission) now i want to get my son’s CRC and nadra officer said i have to cancel one of the birth certificate. Can you plz assist me how can i do it ??
I guide you in detail. Concerned union council will most probably not cancel the birth certificate at your request. You will have to file a suit in civil court at Gujranwala, in which you will have to implead/make party two defendants i.e 1. Secretary of Concerned union council of Gujranwala, 2. Public At large. In this suit you will take plea that you have not got issued this Birth certificate and you disown it. Its a pity simple and straightforward case and you don’t need to hire any expensive lawyer for this purpose. Any young lawyer with some practice can easily handle this case because of the simple nature of the case. After filing of suit, court will summon the defendants and seek their reply but in most cases they do not appear and ultimately court passes Ex-Parte Decree after recording the statement of Plaintiff/applicant. Thereafter, you will give the certified copy of that decree / judgement to Concerned union council and said U.C will then be bound by court order and will cancel required Birth certificate. This whole process can take around one month.

Normally is tra ka issue arise nahi hota hai kyun k Birth Certificate k ooper Bar code/ QR Code bi hota hai, jis ko scan kr k ye cheez maloom ho jati hai hai k certificate genuine hai ya nahi. Agr us k ooper aisa koi code ya tracking ID nahi hai aur ye simple manual hai, tou ap concerned union council se kahen k wo computerized Birth Certificate Jari kren. Father and mother k CNIC ka number diye baghair ye jari nahi hota.
